I have 8 years' experience in nephrology nursing, specifically peritoneal dialysis and transplant. I initially became a LVN in 1985, a RN in 2016, and graduated from Texas Tech Health Sciences Center Magna Cum Laud with a bachelor of science in nursing in 2018. I have a one granddaughter that keeps me entertained and I love traveling the USA and the world.
The thing I love most about being a nurse is being able to provide patients the tools to live a rich life and feel well while doing so.

Rachel, a licensed social worker with 20 years of experience, specializes in dialysis and prioritizes patient well-being. She enjoys outdoor activities, DIY projects, and spending time with loved ones.
Shanna, LMSW
A native of Amarillo, Texas, Shanna has spent her career dedicated to serving the patients of the Texas Panhandle and South Plains. She earned a Nursing degree from Amarillo College in 1996, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree from Wayland Baptist University in 2017, and a Master of Social Work from West Texas A&M University in 2021. In 2024, Shanna relocated to Lubbock, continuing a lifelong commitment to compassionate, community-focused care for patients across the Texas plains.
